Video in FatShark Attitude SD goggles go grey

I have a question. So far in 2 or 3 flights I was flying without recording (GoPro Silver) and the video in the goggles went grey. When I fly while recording I don't seem to have this issue. Any thoughts on this one would be appreciated.

If you are not recording, The GoPro go to "standby mode", that is shut off !. Go to settings and change idle time standby to MANUAL, so never shut off again.

I just checked that setting and it is already set to manual? The GoPro never actually turned off. I am wondering if I got some interference or something? I will have to give it another test flight.
