Video has jittering

I have a 64 gig micro card in my phantom 4 pro. I used my note 5 as a monitor my phone recorded the video great but when I downloaded the video on my computer from the micro card the video had jittering. Does anyone know if the card could cause that or how to fix it.

If you're shooting 4K, it probably means that your computer isn't powerful enough to handle it. Try using a lower resolution, and see if that plays back smoothly.

Just went thru this situation. Rocky is right. You need to drop your resolution or buy a new computer that can handle 4K!
