[video] Gimbal/Camera issue

This is the result after a crash landing

Is this something anybody has experienced? It just beeps, as if it's trying to start the gimbal motors.

There are two very slight marks on the rib cable, I'm not sure if this could be the cause?

Quite possibly, I'd say the cable could be shorting on the metal as the rest of the gimbal should work just not the cam tilt, try getting some space between the cable and metal, or slide some paper under it and try again
