Video format support

I am using an ipod touch 5th generation with my new phantom vision. When I try to download (synchronize) videos from the vision camera to the ipod I get the following error message: "DJI00011.MP4 video format not supported" Can anyone give me a heads up on how I can work around this problem.

I did read the pages you referenced in the user manual. Based on your response I read them a second time and realized I missed an important warning. The manual states that some devices will not support 1080i60. I went back and tested the camera at 1080i30 and the device synchronized with the camera.
