video format problem

windows media wont play my videos and I'm not sure what I did. Its says it can support the file type. its in the mov format. I'm lost on this issue.

Just use quicktime for those files and start recording in mp4

Download VLC media player and they should play in that. For future videos change your recording format to MP4 and they should play in Windows.

Thanks i"ll give it a try. I was using media player and don't know what changed.

Windows media player won't do 2.7k, either down load another viewer like QuickTime or record at 1080p

WMP will play my 2.7k videos. Whether or not its downconverting them though I dont know

I have a windows machine. All though my videos load onto it fine, I edit with moviemaker. Should be on every windows pc. Its kinda short on the effects and animation, but it works for me.

Windows Media Player gives me the below with 2.7k but works with 1080p. Windows 7.
