Video feed lost when Vision plus very close?

Hi guys,

I noticed that my Vision+ tends to loose fpv when it is flying very close to me, say 10 meters, even though extender is pointed at it.
Also, often when I start and stand 2 meters behind it, lower picture is green and upper normal, but it goes away when I build distance.

Is it normal? It does not happen always but very often.
I did not have such problems on regular Vision.

Even 640x480 fps seems more choppy then on my old Vision...

If it is only happening when you are in extremely close proximity, it may be that the signal strength is so strong as to be overwhelming. Next time it happens try pointing the Extender away from the Phantom and see if it clears up.

Is the bird on the ground? If so, then wifi signal will be weak as the wifi antennas are pointing to the ground.
