Video and still question

Hey all,
Question, if your videoing, can you also take a still photo at the same time or do you need to stop the video, take your shot, then start video again.

Yeah I know I will have the answer when my P3P arrives but hey, I'm to anxious to wait.

Video OR stills - but not both at the same time

You could grab stills from your video afterwards. They are going to be low quality when compared to RAW photos though.
