Hello, Im new at FPV actually its my next upgrade, so I need help.

What I got:
Phantom V.1.1.1
GoPro 3
Prop Guards
Gimbal with Tilt control + Mount

What I need is FPV so I got this questions:

1.Can I use my iPhone 5S as a monitor? If possible what do I need? what parts and the cheapest.

2. If not possible to use iphone its better a monitor or a fat shark? Im looking to spend the less possible. What can I buy for this?

Regards, and thanks!!

Well I have a P2V and love the iOS app on my 5s.
But there is no way I can find to send the video to goggles :-(

Since you have the first phantom I think your best bet is to get FPV system that doesn't use the iPhone.

There are a lot of OSD transmitters that can use the go pro video out.
That will give you a lot of data. it all depends on how much you want to spend.
I have seen complete systems for $500.00+

I am sure that there ar ethers here that have more experience than I in this area.

If I were you I would just do a lot of research and google every kind of FPV system.
Fat shark seems to be the defacto for FPV goggles.
as for OSD transmitters you have a lot of choices.
Good luck.
