USA: Are drones illegal in your state?

The map actually doesn't tell you very much. It tells you if there is legislation or not but it doesn't tell you what it is. Some states for example have legislation that prevents drones from being used by law enforcement and for purposes of eavesdropping. That doesn't effect their general legality or other uses.

I got a lot of info by clicking on my state and the info that was displayed. I looked over the bill that is in my state and not yet been acted upon. At least it did not state "Sell it, you can no longer use it."
