Uploading videos

Yes and no. Your phone there is limiting you to 1440 so thats the yes. The no is because I can play 8k or whatever I want on my computer even though my monitor is only 1080. Obviously I'm not seeing the full benefits of higher res but you can still see some of them.

This pic is from my laptop, and was a video I uploaded in 4k, and you are right, it does allow the 4k quality on the computer. This same video viewed on my phone only allows the 1440 option.

Yes. Ever since I received my P3P I have been uploading 4K videos to YouTube. It lists it as 2160p (4K), and above 1440p and 1080p. And when seen on a 5K Retina iMac screen they are awesome to watch.
 
You can buy an ireader from eBay film in 2.7k take card out and put on phone from I reader and it save in 1080p but with the file size of the 2.7k it does not take long I did this
