    Hi,

Is it possible to start with the Phantom 2 and upgrade it bit by bit to end up with the Phantom 2 Vision+ ?

    Upgrade to vison+? No upgrade.

Upgrade to Zenmuse 3D, FPV and Go Pro Black + (maybe Hero 4 in october?)

    Thank's people
Just to be sure I understand you well:
You advise the 'bare' Phantom 2 and not the 2 vision to be able to get going?

To upgrade a Phantom 2 to a Phantom 2 Vision Plus, you would need to do the following:

Rip out the 2.4 gHz radio and replace it with the Phantom 2 Vision Plus receiver $35.- and the DJI 5.8 gHz radio Radio Controller $159.- (Phantom 2 Vision 5.8Ghz) (prices for the P2V parts, can't even find the P2V+ parts)
Buy the P2V+ (Plus) Wifi Range Extender $129.- http://www.dronefly.com/product-p/p2v-plus-range-extender.htm
Buy the P2V+ (Plus) Wifi Signal Transmission Module $189.- http://www.dronefly.com/product-p/p2v-plus-signal-trans-module.htm
Buy the P2V+ (Plus) Camera Unit $679.- http://www.dronefly.com/product-p/vision-plus-camera-unit.htm
Buy the Phone Holder (Phantom 2 Vision) $19 http://www.dronefly.com/product-p/vision-phone-holder.htm

So you are looking at a approx. $1200.- "upgrade". Compare that to the $1299.- for a P2V+ that comes with 2 batteries and 8 props. IF you can make the upgrades work!

So the answer to your question is: Yes, it can probably be done.

Please note that the calculations above do not include the Phantom 2 you are upgrading.

People tend to think the P2V+ is "crap" because the gimbal is a bit flimsy, and prone to break on impact. And really expensive to replace. In summary, the P2V and P2V+ have RAW (DNG) capabilities which make them a bit better for still photos, but the P2 with all the bells and whistles including a GoPro Hero 3+ will tend to produce better videos: 1080p@60 and 2.7K@30.

If you were to upgrade a Phantom 2 to same capabilities, you would need a mini OSD and dedicated FPV on ground, and the dedicated Ground Station. A Zenmuse H3-3D and a GoPro Hero 3+. Give and take.
