Updating question

I'm showing the need of a battery and aircraft update. When I insert the SD card nothing happens. Any thoughts?

It would be help if you gave a little more detail as to your problem. Things like - I downloaded "X" firmware, unzipped the .bin file, put on SD card, powered on P3....ect. Or "I did none of this"

Otherwise do a search on this form or YouTube.

My apologies.

I downloaded firmware 1.06.0040 and double clicked the Zip took the bin and placed on the SD card.

SD card back into P3a.

Turned in remote end bird.

Did you put the .bin file in the root directory of the SD card?
Did you put the SD card in the Phantom with the Phantom turned off and then turn the Phantom on?
Did you keep the remote controller OFF during the update process?
Does the tiny LED on the front of the gimbal flash red and green? Something else?
How long did you wait for the process to finish?
Did you check the status text file on the card?

Remote is off
Placed bin in the root folder
Bird turned off then on.
Green solid light on front gimbal no other Color

Back lights yellow, front red blinking.
