Updating a battery

How do I update a battery? When I use one of my batteries I get no messages.
When I use the other one it says battery update required.

I am running the latest software on both controller and the bird.

Is it because I updated the drone with one of the batteries in.?

How do I update battery without doing the whole thing again

Put card with update software into Phantom. Put in battery needing update and turn on Phantom. It should automatically update the battery. Repeat if you have any more batteries needing update.
