Under the p3

    Hey everyone

    I have a P2v3 but looking at the P3 it looks to have two round speakers underneath by the battery can someone tell me what they are, I'm just curious

    It's the VPS. The P3 Standard does not have VPS (FYI).

    That is the Beats Audio wide-angle projection stereo speaker system! :cool:

    Seriously that is the VPS - Vision Positioning System. A pair of ultrasonic rangefinders to determine altitude above ground up to 10' or so. The smaller dot is a motion flow camera that watches the ground for patterns. Together the VPS allows you to fly indoors without GPS, or low to the ground, with a sense of control & precision. VPS can be disabled via the DJI Go app if you only intend on outdoor flying.

    That's cool, thanks for that info guys and I didn't know that the standard didn't have it on , never seen a 3 in person me and my dad have only just had our 2s really and mine was s scrapper I re-built but loving it learning fast have come from 5th scale rc to these now here's my re build
