I think we need you to elaborate. Are you doing a compass calibration everytime that you fly? If so, it is only necessary if you are launching from a new position.
Are you trying to takeoff while on concrete? If so, the rebar and square patterned wire will interfere with a compass calibration. Also, tell us what you are flying. Plus, when you don't get all green, what do you get?
Also, be sure to download the REAL manual for your model, from DJI. The tiny manual is far from complete. Unfortunately, the real manual is poorly written and it is a difficult read. So, read it many times. If you have a certain model, there is a much improved manual available.
