Unable to Reinstall Go App

Hi All, I deleted the Go app from my Ipad Air2 because of issues with another App. I have tried reinstalling the App through the App store under the Purchased tab. I select the Cloud symbol but nothing happens. I have searched this site to see if this subject has been brought up, without any luck. The Ipad has version 9.1 IOS installed. Has anyone had an issue like this? If so, Please help. Thank you

Reboot your iPad and then try.

From memory, don't choose the cloud symbol. There's another icon up there which is the proper one. Just can't remember what the icon looks like.
