Never happened before, but tried to connect to the software today and I get the message "unable to connect usb device".
Tried it on two different computers with the same result.
In the system I see a reference to the dji controller, but there is no actual connection.
Stumped.
Both computer are Macs. One using parallels and the other using bootcamp.
If I connect using the mac os there is no reaction in the finder, but it does appear in system info.
