Unable to connect to Phantom Assistant

    I have a P2 and have never connected it to my laptop, which I need to do because the gimbal is not level. I downloaded the software (I'm using a Mac) but when I start the Phantom Assistant the red bar on the start up screen only reaches about 75% and stops. It's been that way for over an hour. When I click skip and try to connect the Phantom to my computer, nothing happens and it doesn't recognize anything. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no luck. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Can someone please help me with this? There's gotta be someone that knows whats going on.
