Re: PhantomWeather.com

Nice idea. It would be easier to read if the forecast "wind chill", "warm enough", "calm enough", etc. labels were column headers at the very top of the forecast.

Re: PhantomWeather.com

It's another way to look at the data, Thanks.

However I'll decide if I want to fly, I would ignore that part.

Your wish is my command - I've made some substantial visual updates :)

I'm planning to let you set your own filters on wind, temperature, etc. Right now the default thresholds are 15mph wind, above freezing with wind chill, less than 5% precipitation probability, at least 9 satellites visible (elev >5 degrees), Kp less than or equal to 3. All conditions must be satisfied for it to be "good to fly."

Re: PhantomWeather.com

Cool idea! Now if I could just make "see forecast" work (although the weather in NY looks frightful). Running the latest Firefox on Wintel.

I needed to add Hawaii and Alaska timezones. Beeline and Monte55, please try again :)
