    Awesome. Even more sloppy reporting.

    It wasn't a Phantom or even another multicopter.

    It was an RC plane up at 2300 ft.

    You are correct. Incident was at 2,300 feet. Note that the article ridiculously uses an image of a DJI Phantom.

    Fox would have probably said it was the Russians trying to bring down innocent civilians ... :lol: LOL

    Even better. It's like a media version of the telephone game. Not a military drone according to the pilot.

The drone was more similar to a model aircraft flown by hobbyists rather than a so-called quadcopter that many see as the type of unmanned aircraft with commercial potential."
