Glad to hear all of the discussion on the Mavic vs the Phantom. As a commercial operator I shoot in RAW then correct in post productions FCP X, Mocha and Motion 5. ND Filters are a must so glad to see vendors jumping up on the step for the Mavic. Also being an aviator I always take two drones to my shoot. As I said it is aviation and anything can happen. Right now I shoot with the P3 4k and P4 on site using Litchi (flights can easily be duplicated when switching out drones). Both drones are very capable and stable and catch them for landings. My philosophy in the two equals one theory is when the next generation arrives and is proven in the field as a better performer for my operations I drop the oldest drone back to a training drone for teaching new pilots. Fly well.
