    When I'm not making big panoramas, shooting ships with the P3 is my new hobby.
    Cruising offshore today I got lucky and snagged two tugs making long ocean tows.

    That's awesome. I live 3 minutes from the river and would have many opportunities to take nice shots of barges, tugs, etc. just need to build the confidence and experience. Someday. Curious what is your altitude with these shots?

    Your Phantom would love a flight over the river and tugs and ships are very photogenic.

    These were quite a long flight from shore - much more than zipping across the river..
    Altitudes were 15-20 metres

    tons of tugboats on the fraser river at all times , i caught one in action few months ago
