Hello everyone,

I will be traveling through Logan international airport over the weekend and I am interested in bringing my Quadcopter. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about bringing Quadcopters through TSA? I plan to bring it as a carry on as I would never let my Phantom out of my sight. In addition I plan to carry my smart battery in a separate carry on in a plastic bag. Any help would be great!

I took mine right through Hartsfield (Atlanta) 6 mos. ago in an aluminum case which just meets the carry-on size requirements.

Right through the scanners and on my way.

Hey thanks for the advice! Did you pack your battery separately? Or just leave it in the case?

1 battery, in case with quad, all carried-on w/me.

Awesome thanks for the help!

Make sure your LiPo batteries are in your carry on...not in checked baggage.

Haha yes I have seen what happens when they are brought through checked baggage.
