If you're on your second or third Phantom, you should not be flying anymore.
These crafts are incredibly easy to pilot, and you have to be really oblivious to do serious damage.
Sorry, bud, but it sounds like you're more at a risk of hurting people.
 
That's not going to last very long. All your Phantom be in SF bay!

There are many ways to loose your Phantom without being a bad pilot... But you would probably know this if you would own your own Phantom.
