Traveling With Phantom

Hey Guys!
I've had my phantom for a little while now and I'm getting a little tired of only using it locally. I am flying to colorado in a couple of weeks, and I want to bring it with me. Has anyone attempted to carry on the phantom, or am I going to have to check it?

If you try to carry it on you may want to get a battery bag or two to put yours in. For that matter it would be a good idea to use one even if you put it in checked luggage.
