It is a DJI clone kit.
The arm looks like a 450 with tall motors and locking props not a Phantom at all.
On the grey area you can see "300" stamped on the bottom.

Those poor people, it looked like someone sprayed them with nerve gas or something. It was horrific watching them twitch and jerk around...oh the humanity.

I dont see how the band or the club wasnt in on it.He takes off in front of the barricade and the bouncer does nothing.I dont know his story but he wasnt some guy that just walked in with a quad and started filming
