Transmitter

Hey,

Need some advice on how and if the transmitter needs to be updated, if so, how? I plugged my transmitter via the USB port to my computer and nothing shows up in the software.
I just want to make sure everything is updated to the latest rev.

Are you using the RC system assistant or the Phantom assistant software?

I tried using both.. Didn't get any response from either on them. I just plugged the transmitter not the Phantom

You also need the drivers for the transmitter. Won't do anything without them.

Yes, DJI website has all the software, but you already have it if as you say you have tried both.
You do need to switch the transmitter on....
And if you are using windows, you need to run the Win drivers program first.

So to re-cap.

RC assistant - plug usb to computer and transmitter, turn on transmitter, open RC assistant.

PT2 3.2 - plug usb to computer and phantom (body of phantom under rubber flap at the front), turn on phantom, open PT2 3.2
