Picked up a p2 with h3-2d last week and have flown it once. Loving how easy this is compared to a normal helicopter.

My question is this....
The tx takes 4 x batteries.
That amounts to 6volts
I would normally run rechargeables but that only amounts to 4.8 volts.

I spoke to my supplier and he said he'd had 2 visions returned that had lost signal and crashed, and on looking both we're using nimh 1.2v rechargeables.

Has anyone had any issues or thoughts on this?

I've had at least 7 successful long range flights on my Phantom 2 Vision using the latest generation of Sanyo XX 2500mah Eneloop rechargable AA's. They came precharged out of the package and I did all the flights so far without adding any additional charge to them than what they came with. You shouldn't have any problems if you use good quality batteries. Here's a link to the one's I got. I bought an 8 pack of them.
