Transition from helos

Hello from Denver! I have been building and flying electric helicopters for a dozen years and flew planks for 10 years prior to that. Decided to get serious about AP/AV and just got a new Phantom 4. Wow! it is fascinating to see how much this technology has advanced and I know I am going to love it.

Great forum and I look forward to learning a lot, and hope I can contribute as well.

You will find it hard not to laugh when you first launch the P4, these quads are ridiculously easy to fly compared to a CP heli. Have fun!

With The Birds- I already have had my laugh. So much easier to get good video and photos, instead of trying to balance a ball bearing in the center of a sheet of glass. (That is how I describe to folks how you fly a heli.)
