Transfering Ownership - Getting P3P ready to Sell

I'm selling my P3P. What steps do I need to take to get the bird to near factory settings? Any files that need to be deleted from the actual bird (other than formatting micro SD card)?

& do I need to notify DJI to "de-register" my email address from the birds serial #?
