Time lapse

Is there an easy way to shoot a time lapse with the phantom 4?

I just set my picture mode to take 1 picture every 3 seconds I think it was, put the Phantom up where I wanted and let it hover taking the pictures. I than processed them into a timelapse movie, it's quite simple.
