Since DJI has released these props for the Phantom 2/P2 Vision/P Vision+. I've read they increase lift and possibly extend the flight time for a minute or two.

Has anyone using these thrust boosted version, noticed any more or less jello?
How are they for Video recording, for those with the Rotorpixel or other aftermarket Gimbal?

Any experiences, opinions welcome. I need new props, but don't want them if they make video worse.

Thanks,

The Rookie

Are you talking about the 9450 props? or have they released new ones?

Yes he is talking about the 9450 props

I am also on the fence on getting them

i didn't notice any difference from the 9443's

Ok.
I got a set and was using them for about a month. I got loads of kit on my phantom (look at my signature) so very heavy at 1520g's, was only getting between 14 and 15 mins flight times. Changed back to the standard ones and I'm now getting between 17 and 20 mins (batt was on 20% on 20 mins flight) flight times.
Here's one of my last flights http://www.flytrex.com/mission/quadcopter-phantom-2-vision-monster-andrew-lewis-BwVEdrTF/

Might of been the weather or something. All I can say is I'm sticking to the standard for now, well until I do the V3 upgrade :)

I noticed in your signature you have listed 2x 6000 Mah batteries. Care to share where you got them from and are they any good.. Do you get more time and how much do they cost??

I actually got them on ebay from China. Was a big risk I know but so far been very happy with them. Link below.

Flight times, With one of them I get an extra few mins flight, about 20 mins in total with a weight of 1520g, but with the other one its more or less the same as the standard 5200mah, maybe a bit more.

To begin with I did fly close, about 100m/328' max. But now I've managed to go 2.1 miles (3300 meters/10824') with no problems at all.

I cant fault them to be honest. Plus they were cheaper than the originals :)

Well I guess I will stick to the stock props

Nice battery I think I will get one to replace the battery for my vision(non plus) as its needing a new battery soon(cycle count and flight times)

Thanks for all the inputs... I think i will stick with the stock OEM props for the Vision for now.

No point in making things worse, just for a bit more zip.
