throttling up out of control

My DJI phantom1 started to throttle up out of control. Anyone have any idea wuz up. We connected it to the computer and everything seemed normal. The only thing I've done was I put on phantom to carbon fiber blades and I did not like them. All but one came off easy. One however gave me a real hard time. Had to use a dremel to get it off. Did not grind on metal. The motor spins fine. So I'm at a loss. I am going to take it apart and see if any debris fell in Anyone have any ideas?

I'm new to this, but an uncontrolled throttle doesn't seem related to the way you pulled the blades off. If it wobbled off balance that would make more sense, but going out of control...seems suspect. How what happened after it flew up and how were you able to get it back?
