Hi guys could you let me know the benifits of using the throttle lock on the handsets as ive always steered clear of vertical decent due to propwash issues especially on my cheerson cx20 when flying in manual mode so alway decended with so forward or sideways movement ,does the dji not get effected as much with this on a vertical decent .I was wondering if people just lock the decent and waited for it to decend .

With the latest firmware (and back a few) decent [speed] is limited.
The auto-lock prevents fatigue when descending from great heights.
Below about 10% throttle your pitch & roll may be inhibited.
