I worked with them from beginning to end. They knew what to expect, I knew the limitations. I really had cart Blanche there though. The only real restriction was not being in the air when the ems helo got there and departed. It was a good learning experience for everyone and I expect to be working closer to both the pd & fire after yesterday.
Incidentally, all day, I only went through 4 batteries. I was always charging 2 in the car....but it was nice to know.
It also helped that I belong to 2 of the Fire agencies that were participating but it showed a lot of possibilities to both.
