DJI will certainly have more competition sooner rather than later and the consumer will win!
That thing looks cool. 88 minutes!!! It weighs twice what my Phantom 2 weighs and can carry another 1.2KG!

I'm guessing it's a LOT more than a Phantom 2!! Whenever they don't list the price of things, I usually can't afford them

Edit: My second, or first, dream bird: Do a Google for Hobbico Ora. and watch the trade show video. It looks perfect,except for a sunshade. I don't know how they will add that without ruining the beautiful controller

For about US$9000 as their entry price, there are a lot of things that are better.
This is 3 x Inspires and is unlikely to fly better than a Phantom.
Not competitive for price at all.
I'm waiting to see how good MaxAero is when they launch their X-star (Phantom class) and Venture II (bigger) very soon.
Details are still sketchy but these might be serious competition for DJI.
