So read the sticky, but looking for more detailed and recent information.

I am embarking an around the world trip, I would like to take a DJI Mavic Pro. My stops will be India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, France, Switzerland, Mauritania, Brazil, Suriname, Uruguay, Argentina, New Zealand.

I'm a little worried about my drone being confiscated in Brazil (I will enter Brazil twice - once at Sao Paulo, once at Belem. I will leave Brazil three times, with the third being at Foz de Iguazu land border)

One of the main reasons I decided on the DJI Mavic Pro was because it folded up and with props removed, no one operating an X-Ray machine is likely going to notice it as a drone, and I can probably pass it off as some funky camcorder.

Has anyone been to Brazil recently and face any issues? Has legislation been updated since 2014? I don't actually want to film anything in Brazil - most of my filming will be complete by the time I arrive in South America, so it's not a huge deal if it gets confiscated, but I'd like to use it in Suriname at least.

Thanks all
