Tablets with large protectors?

Ok so I ended up picking up a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.6in tablet, went onto eBay for one of those large rubbery protectors, the stock holder can't grip the tablets edges to hold onto it...

Working on my own ideas but I'd rather not have to resort to that

Are there any aftermarket tablet holders to accommodate thicker tablets or am I on my own?

get a 3d printed extender for the tablet mount , do a search , lots available

I guess I should have clarified, I ment that my tablet is now to "thick", it fits fine in its place, but the ends can't grip it to hold it into place
