Swapping cameras between 2 P2V

Hi

Yesterday I swapped my P2V camera with a another camera which I borrowed from a friend, I managed to do the binding with the phone but I cannot open the camera (flagged gray ).

Always thought that the camera swapping is a straight forward procedure, AM I missing anything ?

Did you bind the new Camera to the Range Extender ?
Do that, (use the box the new camera came in QR code of new camera)
Then try and connect to the network again with the IOS/android app.

I did that already , I reset the range Extender and bind the new camera but no luck

Hmmm - just received my new camera in the mail. No QR code...

The QR code should be on the box that the camera came in (if it came in the retail box). Otherwise on the back of the camera near the top half there should be a sticker with the serial number and the QR code. It may be hard to scan but it is there.

Well the camera came without the box. And no the QR code on the camera is not complete. Called DJI and with the serial number located just below this qr code ghe generated and emailed me a qr code. Back in business!

Btw. You can connect multiple ios devices to the pv2 at the same time, but you will only have access to the album and not the visual...

The qr code contains the sn of the camera and the mac address
