Suggested ROM for rooting galaxy S6?

I got a new phone so I want to use my galaxy s6 for the DJI GO and Litchi apps only. I would like to root the phone so i can delete all the Samsung apps that come pre loaded on the phone so when I'm running the apps I'll have the best performance. I'm hoping someone has a rooted android and can suggest the best ROM to use. Thank you for any help and/or suggestions.
