I visited 4 of the Hawaiian Islands and managed to capture a little of each in this 4 minute video compilation I put together including some Lava!

    Enjoy!

Great video! :D The lava bit looks turbulent. Any advice as I am going in December. Four islands, what a treat!

Almost impossible to fly with those gases around and the wind was crazy! I was near the end of the range so I didnt get much footage but I was glad I could get close enough!

The Lava stopped flowing into the pacific last year and now its mainly underground and flowing toward a highway but not the red magma just black ash... so the best views of the red molten magma was through these holes in the ground.

    Cheers!

A very nice presentation, particularly for those who won't be traveling there anytime soon. Thanks for sharing.

Nice video Jeff. I assume that the last section was a time-lapse taken from your resort balcony and not the Phantom, correct?
