Success on update !!!!

Well after 2 days of trying and reading many posts and trying everything I know, success. Someone on here suggested formatting the memory card in the bird instead of using the computer. Really couldn't imagine how this would make a difference but what the hell, give it a try. Well it worked, formatted the card in the bird, put in computer ( windows ) and it worked. So for any of you having a problem updating give it a try. Thanks to all that tried to help. Again thanks.

For format for Phantom is fat 32. Some computers may try to fomat in the NTFS format and that will not run in a PHantom camera.
