I've got one and it's certainly bright. Haven't had an opportunity to distance test it yet because of the weather. Going to try some static tests either today or tomorrow to make sure that mounting it on top of my 3A doesn't interfere with the GPS. If it does, it's small enough that a couple could be mounted on the arms. I'll report the results.

Probably could use 2 just like the anticollision lights on manned aircraft, although I don't see any manned aircraft flying under my bird!

I have some but only fly with them if i am with other people, so they can see it better. I mount mine between the arms using double sided tape, red green, left and right, white to the front. Very bright but not good at great distances and more directional so if you are up high i cant see them
