Stone wall

We have hit an absolute stone wall attempting to install the software for my Phantom. Installed both programs the NAZA software really gives no direction, no prompts, noting of any assistance at all. Really stuck, cannot find any video's, in English, to assist. Any help greatly appreciated,

Did you at least get the driver installed ok? I take it you're using Windows?

I had difficulty, but found a vid on YouTube..

It's actually simple..

Step one, remove all the DJI program's you have already downloaded..

Two, download the DJI driver

Three, connect your phant to your computer (with a battery connected and the TX turned on) it will them run through a seekers of downloads and options..

Four, download the naza software (whilst the phantom is still connected) then install and the usuall agreements etc.

Should be working then.. I'm not very computery so it's not impossible..
