sticks on rc now opposite

why would my throttle up now be on the opposite side of my rc and the left stick completely opposite and disoriented..

I have calibrated many times.. any help really appreciated. Thanks

You must have accidentally switched the RC controller's stick mode out of Mode 2.

Connect your RC to your computer and run the RC assistant software. At the top of main screen will have a section for Stick mode containing radio buttons to switch the stick mode from Mode 1 to Mode 2. You should be in Mode.2
