Sticks not working on controller

Hi all.

I updated the software on my controller and aircraft last night. Since that the controller sticks will not operate the aircraft. The "down" stick will attempt to control the camera for some reason.

The iPhone app can control the camera as normal, and I have re-paired (re-bound) the controller and aircraft. But I still have no control.

I can flip S1 and put the craft into calibration mode, but that's about it.

I have contacted DJI and the supplier but that could take some time.

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

V.

After you upgraded the controller, did you calibrate it from within the RC Assistant?

Next power on controller, power on Phantom, connect Phantom to PC, run Software Assistant, and perform controller calibration.

Does it work after performing these steps?

Yes, I have done all that but the problem remains. What's puzzling me is how the controller is trying to control the camera pitch.

Its normal if you push the right stick left or right for the camera to yaw side to side a bit. Never seen it pitch up/down or roll in response to stick inputs.
