Hey thanks Some-E for the tip. So under the blue down button and the yellow up button is a white label that says Status, and it has a left and right arrow. Is that it?

I do not know. I have four buttons in a row. The middle ones are dec/left and inc/right. If you cannot find a manual, just try it.

If you haven't worked it out by now (?) Yes the + button is the one to press AFTER the charge is completed, it'll give you a readout of each cell

Yes mouseman, I messed with it awhile and it works great. I read and reread the manual and finally found it under ERRORs. It said you could check individual cell voltages IF you had an error message show up. But I tried during charging and after charging was complete, and both worked. The most recent one was a CAPA cutoff alarm where 8000 mA had been put back in the battery. The total voltage showed 16.80v and all four individuals were are 4.20v each. I couldn't be happier.
