I don't know if every state has its own rules ? I live in N.J. just wondering if you do fly in a state park what
happens ? Do you get a find ? can they take your drone? There is a lot of state parks near me that are always
empty. I want to fly there just don't know what would happen if I do.

Of course each state will have its own set of rules on use of their parks and other properties. The only way to know is to contact your DNR or the ranger's office for the park there you want to fly.

DNR "Department of Natural Resources". Office in most states responsible for state parks, waterways, etc. Hey, no 'snipe' intended.
