Starting an aerial photography business

I'm moving to Arizona and want to start an LLC with my Phantom working for realtors taking aerial shots of houses for sale and contractors for roof inspections, etc. Anybody know what's involved and how much of a pain I can expect?

You need a pilots licence and exemption 333 from the FAA..
