It is hard to tell from your video, but it looks like your two black top propellers are spinning the wrong direction. recheck and see if that is correct. If it is the three wires between the motor and the ESC's switch two of the wires on the ESC and you should be OK.

Looking at video it appears all the motors are spinning the wrong direction. They are turning into the down side of the props. Just switch two of the wires from motor to ecs and they should spin the correct direction. This will need to be done on every motor.

To me it looks like your motors are not spinning in the right direction according to their position. they should be:
    Left front: Clockwise
    Right front Anticlockwise
    tail left anticlockwise
    tail right clockwise.
I believe you got the exact opposite.

All I know is that the correct rotation direction for a quad (in X config like the P2) is the one I gave you... pictures here may help you.

the T-motor instructions are confusing and many people have ended up wiring them backwards as a result...follow the instructions the other members posted above and you'll be fine. The motors need to turn in the directions serge listed.

Agreed just switch two wires to make motors spin in correct direction. Motors are on correctly just spinning wrong direction.

Swapping any two wires will reverse the rotation.
